How do reservations work?

Browse the menu and add what you like to your cart. At checkout you give your name (it must match your ID) and a valid SA cell number, then pick a pickup slot. You'll get a reservation code like MB-XXXXXX — show it in store, pay there by cash or card, and collect. Nothing is charged online; your cart is a reservation, not an order.

Pickup or delivery — what's the difference?

Pickup is free from 123 Long Street, Cape Town — reserve a slot and skip the wait. Delivery is a demo service at R80, free over R500, with the rider calling on arrival and ID checked at the door. Delivery slots depend on the day's route, so pickup is always the fastest option.

Are your prices really VAT-inclusive?

Always. Every price on the menu already includes 15% VAT, and your receipt breaks out the VAT portion. The number you see is the number you pay — no surprise fees at the till, and delivery (when charged) is shown before you confirm.

What does the MEYBUDDY10 code do?

It takes 10% off your reservation subtotal. Enter it at the review step of checkout and you'll see the discount line before you confirm. One code per reservation, and it can't be combined with other promotions.

How should I store and consume responsibly?

Accepted Answer

Store everything sealed, cool, dry, and locked away from children and pets — edibles especially, since they look like treats. Edibles take 45 minutes to 2 hours to kick in, so wait before having more. Never drive or operate machinery after consuming, and keep use to private spaces away from children and non-consenting adults.
